Terms of Service
Payment Structure
Members are charged on a recurring monthly basis on the same calendar date their membership became effective. Members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason, provided member gives a 10-day written notice. No refunds for previously paid dues are provided. A valid credit card must be kept on file for recurring monthly charges.
Declined Payment Policy
When a credit card is first declined, members receive notice with transaction details. Subsequent declined payments incur a $50 penalty fee each. Members who fail to respond or provide alternative payment forfeit their membership and facility access.
Member Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
- Remain accessible and helpful to other members
- Serve as good stewards of provided resources
- Pay forward assistance to members and the community
- Respect other members, guests, and employees
- Provide open, honest feedback
- Maintain consistency, authenticity, and honesty
- Take accountability for personal actions and guest conduct
- Improve others' lives through interactions
- Respect facility property and maintain or improve space conditions
Access Terms
Standard members access common spaces and the cafe during business hours only. You cannot under any circumstance access Cornerstone outside of our business hours. Doing so will result in automatic cancellation of membership.
Meeting Space Reservations
Standard members book conference rooms and training rooms at member rates during business hours. Conference rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance through membership accounts. Training room reservations require a signed Meeting Agreement and deposit. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must clear personal items at the end of their reservation or at the end of the day.
Liability
Cornerstone Coworking will not be responsible for lost or stolen items; however, it is our intent to create an atmosphere consisting of trust, character, and integrity. The facility reserves the right to limit or terminate member access for non-compliance with these terms.
Guest Passes
Standard-level members receive five free guest passes monthly. Additional guest passes cost $10 per person per use and are automatically billed.
Messaging Terms
By providing contact information, members consent to receive customer care and marketing messages. Standard rates apply. Members may opt out by replying STOP or contacting us at info@cancollab.com.
