Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information the Cornerstone Coworking website (cancollab.com) collects, why, and who handles it. We've kept it short and specific. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@cancollab.com.
The Short Version
- We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site.
- When you fill out a form, we receive what you type so we can respond to you.
- We do not sell your information, run advertising trackers, or use Facebook/Meta or other ad pixels.
- The website does not take payments or create accounts.
Information You Give Us
The site has a few forms. Each one sends what you enter to the service that runs it:
- Contact form (homepage and Contact page): your name, email, phone number, and message. Submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to our team. We may also send you an automatic email confirming we received your message.
- Tour requests and membership applications are handled by Dubsado, a client management service. The form is embedded on our site, but your information goes directly to Dubsado.
- Meeting room and event booking requests are handled by Tripleseat, an event booking service. Your information goes directly to Tripleseat.
We use what you send only to respond to you and to provide the space, rooms, or membership you asked about. Dubsado and Tripleseat handle your information under their own privacy policies.
How You Found Us
To learn which pages and sources bring people to us, the site keeps a small note in your own browser (browser storage, not a cookie) with how you arrived, such as "Google search" or the name of the website that linked to us, the first page you viewed, and the date. It contains nothing that identifies you. It stays in your browser and is only sent to us if you submit the contact form, where it's included with your message. The note about your current visit is cleared when you close the tab; the note about your first visit expires after 90 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people reach the site, roughly where visitors are located (city or region), what kind of device and browser they use, and whether they use the contact form, tap our phone number or email address, or open the tour, membership, or booking forms. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser to do this. Google provides these reports to us in aggregate; we can't use them to identify you. Google Analytics is not connected to any advertising account.
To stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits on any website, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way. You can read how Google uses this data in Google's explanation.
Embedded Content From Other Sites
Some pages include content loaded from other services: a Google Map on our Contact page, the Dubsado and Tripleseat forms described above, and YouTube or TED videos in some blog posts. When that content loads, those services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies, the same as if you visited their sites directly.
Hosting and Technical Information
The site is hosted by Netlify, and blog content and images are served from our own content server. Like nearly every website, these servers automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Who We Share Information With
Only the service providers named above (Netlify, Google, Dubsado, Tripleseat, and the email service that delivers form notifications), each to do its job for us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies and clear site data in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's add-on, linked above.
- You can ask us what information you've sent through our forms, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@cancollab.com.
Because we don't use your information for advertising, the site doesn't change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals.
How Long We Keep It
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our Analytics account.
Security
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and only our team and the service providers above can see form submissions. No website is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is for adults looking for workspace and isn't directed to children under 13. If we learn we've received information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
Links to Other Websites
Our pages link to other websites, including our social media profiles and articles we reference in our blog. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy doesn't cover them.
Mobile Messaging / SMS
Cornerstone Coworking values your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will remain confidential and will not be shared or obtained by any third parties.
If you wish to stop receiving future communications, you can opt out anytime by replying STOP to our messages or contacting us at hello@cancollab.com.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
