Although personal and group training sessions are an additional cost, the fitness classes are included in your membership, so you’ll want to take full advantage of those. When you sign up, your first visit will include a 60-minute walk through of the gym, its equipment, and you’ll have the opportunity to discuss goals and how to achieve them.
Orange Theory focuses on scheduled group fitness classes in order to reach your goals. You’ll join members from every fitness level as you go through multiple exercise stations during your 1-hour time slot. This workout allows you to go at your own pace, but doesn’t let you fall into bad/sloppy habits. Through coaching and a variety of routines, no class is the same and you’ll push your body further than in your regular gym time. 9Round is a 30-minute kickboxing workout that will kick your butt. Their idea is you can reach your goals with three 30-minute workouts per week. During your workout, you’ll move through nine stations every three minutes with each station using kickboxing techniques to help you lose weight, gain muscle, and boost your endurance. Although the routines change daily, you should always expect a little workout with a lot of kick. This is also a great option for anyone looking to bring their kids and have a family workout. Your first workout is free, but there are membership options they’ll discuss with you after you’ve completed your first 9Round circuit!
