Easter Traditions

Can you believe that Easter is right around the corner!? When I think of Easter I think of fresh flowers, chocolate eggs, Easter baskets, egg hunts and going to Church to celebrate!

One of my favorite traditions growing up was decorating Easter eggs. Every year we would go to my grandma’s house and decorate eggs with pretty pastel colors, stickers and glitter, we even made tye-dyed eggs one year! Decorating Easter eggs was something that I looked forward to every year. Many people also decorate Easter eggs in celebration!

Another common tradition is Easter egg hunts! I remember waking up on Easter morning and looking for eggs withEasterr candy inside- Cadbury Creme Eggs anyone!? Easter egg hunts are a fun way to celebrate Easter with your friends and family and are sure to be a great memory for your kids!

Pictures with the easter bunny is another fun tradition and the best part is that the pictures will last a lifetime! To this day my mom still pulls out my pictures of me with the Easter bunny and they are so fun to look at! Taking pictures with the Easter bunny is a tradition that will be cherished for years to come.

Of course, going to church on Easter Sunday is a great tradition! What better way to celebrate the risen king!

Also, another tradition that many families participate in is Good Friday. Many churches offer services throughout the day to commemorate the day Jesus died on the cross for us. In celebration, Cornerstone Coworking will be closed this Friday, March 30th for Good Friday.

We hope you have a happy Easter celebrating with food, family, friends and lots of fun timeless traditions!  We can’t wait to see you when we reopen on Monday, April 2nd at 8am and hear how your Easter weekend was!

Happy Easter!
