How Coworking Helps You Stay on Task

Image

Exiling yourself in a room isn’t a great way to actually finish your work. If you think eliminating distractions will help you focus more, then think again. Although this is a wide-held belief, it actually doesn’t help. Surrounding yourself with others who are working will encourage you to work too–and that’s science, people. A 2016 study found participants exerted more effort when another participant was performing a more difficult task. Also, participants were still able to perform equal levels of exertion even when another participant’s task was not seen. Think of how well you work when you’re at a library, coffee shop, or even a coworking space like ours! Although there are many reasons you enjoy working with us, we have a few we want to reiterate.

Open Space

It’s kind of our pride and joy, but our open space concept is what really makes this place feel like you’re able to collaborate with others. Wherever you look, you’ll see someone working diligently or with a team to create change in our community or a career field. Depending on how well you work around others, you can grab a table or use our Training Room to focus on your work.

Brain Food

Okay, this one is a stretch, but depending on your definition of brain food we have it! Whether you thrive off five cups of coffee before 10:00am or need a bowl of oatmeal to start your day, we’re here for you. We also change our snacks throughout the day and really love to bring in foods our members love, so if you’re a member, tell us your recommendations!

Flexibility

Although we have amazing features in our space, the flexibility we offer is our true selling point. We provide you with options of having a space for a few hours, a day, or even 24/7 access. Even as a member, you can upgrade and change your membership with ease. If you aren’t a member and would like to find out more information about our options, click here. Members also have the luxury of earning a free month when a referral signs up for one of our memberships!
