Fall Family Fun

It’s finally that time of year where you can go outside without having a heat stroke, which means that it’s time to get some fresh air and have fun with the family. There are so many festivals, corn mazes, and fall family fun to be had in October! Check out some of these events happening in and around Lawrenceville this fall – we hope to see you there!

October 16th – PawFest

The City of Lawrenceville and the Gwinnett County Humane Society are hosting PawFest on the Lawrenceville Lawn! This fun event is free for all humans and leashed pups. There will be vendors, a low cost vaccine clinic, adoptable dogs (seriously, keep me away!), a pup halloween costume contest and even a puppy parade!! Guaranteed to be a tail-waggin’ good time!

October 23rd – Mac and Cheese Festival

Do I really need to even elaborate on this one?! MAC AND CHEESE, friends! The City of Lawrenceville is hosting their first ever mac and cheese festival on the Lawrenceville Lawn. This event will be full of mac and cheese vendors, a mac and cheese cooking competition, live music and a cornhole tournament – does it get any better? I don’t think so!!

September 4th – November 14th: Buford Corn Maze

The Buford Corn maze is a favorite for our family! Everyone has a great time, with the corn maze, the corn pit, yummy food and fun games – it’s guaranteed to be a hit for everyone! If you are feeling extra spooky this year, you can also go visit the Haunted Forest, every Friday + Saturday night. You can get tickets or find out more information by clicking the link above!

October 28th – FL/GA Game Party @ Cornerstone

It’s the biggest game of the season for UGA and UF fans alike (t might be the only thing they have in common) and we love to celebrate it! Come hang out with us, we’ll have all the tailgate food, corn hole, cold drinks and of course, we’ll all be representing our DAWGS! Can’t wait to see you there!

These are just a few events that we are super excited about! We’d love to hear what your family does in the fall – whether you goto a pumpkin patch every year for photos, or if you have an annual pumpkin carving contest at your house – we want to know about it! Happy fall, y’all!!
