Over 3 Weeks we will dive into different ways that you can incorporate habits to a healthy lifestyle.



  • January 17th – Hello Fresh (Devin Bates) – this class will cover showing everyone how easy and affordable a delicious, nutritious and beautiful meal can be made in your own home.  All of the ingredients are delivered fresh to your door and amazing easy-to-follow instructions complete with pictures and cooking times accompany each delivery!  You can customize each delivery to your likes/needs and you can also have it tailored to your specific dietary situations (Keto, Paleo, Diabetic, etc.)




  • January 24th – OrangeTheory Fitness (Coaches Stephen Wendel & Sarai Kai) – these amazing OTF coaches will explain the theory behind the OTF workout and explain how this workout can be done by anyone at any fitness level.  This group fitness class is taking the world by storm and is so much fun that you’ll immediately want to give it a try.  



  • January 31st – Ebb & Flow (Owner and teacher Megan Kearney) – Megan will explain the art of yoga and how effective it can be in your daily life to center you, provide flexibility which is something we all need and how to incorporate this practice into your weekly routine.
