Family is stressful, work is stressful, life is stressful. It’s an unavoidable common place. However, there are a few things we can do to de-stress at work. The New York Times found a study from the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity that reported,
“Standing up and walking around for five minutes every hour during the workday could lift your mood, combat lethargy without reducing focus and attention, and even dull hunger pangs.”
